Turkish YouTube ban violated freedom of expression
The Jurist reports that European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) ruled unanimously that a Turkish court order blocking access to YouTube from 5 May 2008 until 30 October 2010, violated Article 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights, as unwarranted interference by public authority.
