KEBS, partners to develop National ICT Accessibility Standard
Kenya Bureau Standard (KEBS)the premier government agency for the provision of Standards, joins hands with inABLE a nonprofit organisation that empowers the blind and visually impaired with computer assistive technology, to develop the national ICT (Information and Communication Technology) Accessibility Standard. The first in Africa ,the development and eventual enactment of a National ICT Accessibility Standard is meant to promote the digital inclusion of people with disabilities (PWDs) and older persons.
