Greek data protection authority fines oil company 150,000 euros for GDPR breach
According to IAPP, the Hellenic Data Protection Authority fined Aegean Marine Petroleum Network 150,000 euros for alleged violations of the EU General Data Protection Regulation. The national agency showed that other companies had the ability to access and copy personal information found within its servers, while no sufficient security measures were put in place to protect personal data.
