Google files case against Competition Commission of India (CCI) on ‘leak’ of confidential report
Google has filed a case against the Competition Commission of India for a confidential report ‘leak’ related to the investigation of the tech giant on alleged unfair practices related to Android. “Protecting confidential information is fundamental to any governmental investigation, and we are pursuing our legal right to seek redress and prevent any further unlawful disclosures”, a Google spokesperson said, accusing the CCI.
