Braille to text translation free App for iPhone users

If you have iOS 14.7 or later, it is now possible for you to translate something written in Unified English Braille(UEB) using a new free app.

Braille scanner allows you to take a photo of a paper with braille on it ,using your iPhone and within seconds it is translated to text.

During the launch, the developer , Aaron Stephenson said,

“Braille Scanner was created to help transcribe from Braille to text. It uses a combination of machine learning and vision to do this. The current transcribing model uses Unified English Braille, grade 1, and I’m planning on adding more in the coming app updates”.
