Taiwan: Child protection group calls for more awareness of child abuse

Child protection group Taiwan Fund for Children and Families has called for creating more awareness of child abuse both online and offline based on the results of a study on teenagers’ perception of abuse.

The Fund’s chief executive officer Betty Ho shared that it was upsetting to see the number of child abuse cases rising in Taiwan.

The study which was  conducted online between 3 -19 March,  received 6,492 responses.
