Roskomnadzor demands that Meta remove restrictions from the official accounts of RT and Sputnik
Russian telecoms watchdog Roskomnadzor sent Meta Platforms a letter demanding that restrictions on access to the official accounts of RT and Sputnik on Facebook and Instagram in Europe be lifted immediately. Roskomnadzor also noted: ‘The actions of IT companies in relation to the Russian media violate the key principles of the free flow of information and unhindered access to it.’
