A new G7 working group on cyber met for the first time

The Ise-Shima Cyber Group (ISCG) of G7, established at the meeting of G7 leaders in Ise-Shima Summit in May, met for the first time under the chairmanship of Japan. ISCG discussed overall cybersecurity environment and looked into ways to promote international law, norms of state behavior in cyberspace, confidence building measures and capacity building efforts towards increasing stability and security in cyberspace. The second meeting will be held in early 2017.
