Microsoft has initiated a digital skills training programme for more than 10,000 individuals affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The project titled ‘StepIn2Tech’ developed in partnership with FastTrack to IT is expected to build digital capacity of individuals for work in the tech industry. The project is aimed at early or mid career levels and will feature online courses in coding, design and cloud technologies as well as one-to-one advice and mentoring.
