#MeToo in China faces restrictions

While the #WoYeShi movement has been embraced by women seeking to share their experiences with sexual assault and harassment, women are becoming reluctant to risk with the recent government censorship. Nonetheless, The Guardian reports that slowly, women are starting to speak up, noting the importance for China, where the study, Why sexual harassment persists in the workplace suggested that 80% of women had experienced some kind of sexual harassment.
