The West African ICT Action Network brought together the second annual Digital Inclusion Roundtable in Liberia with the primary objective of creating a setting for collaboration and information sharing in the country’s ICT sector.

The debate, which is headlined “Collaborative Approaches: Accelerating Digital and Financial Inclusion in Liberia,” attempts to address the country’s obstacles to digital accessibility and implementation and explore issues including:

  • strategies for expanding digital access and infrastructure in rural areas,
  • policies and programs to promote digital literacy,
  • innovative funding models for sustainable digital inclusion, and
  • the role of partnerships between the public and private sectors in advancing digital inclusion.

Throughout the event, guests were able to exchange ideas and best practices, as well as engage with stakeholders in the digital inclusion environment.
