Highlights from Enabling Masterplan 2030, to empower persons with disabilities

Enabling Masterplan 2030 in Singapore aims to empower persons with disabilities by implementing 29 recommendations focused on education, employment, independent living, and access to digital services, with the government accepting all proposals.

Since 2007, Singapore has developed successive Enabling Masterplans to guide its efforts to transform Singapore into a more caring and inclusive society, where persons with disabilities can fulfil their potential to be integral and contributing members of society. In the Enabling Masterplan 2030 to empower persons with disabilities, a total of 29 recommendations were made in the masterplan and the Government has accepted all of them.

The recommendations cover the areas of education, employment independent living, and access to digital services.
