High-Level Panel on Digital Cooperation sets the path for beneficial use of frontier technology

Speaking at the high-level segment of the 43rd session of the UN Human Rights Council, the UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres underlined that digital technologies including facial recognition systems, digital identification and biotechnology must not be used to violate human rights, deepen inequality and discrimination.
