The Government of Venezuela is offering a discount on oil if paid by Petro cryptocurrency
Venezuela is working toward strengthening the first ever national cryptocurrency Petro, allegedly backed by the five billion barrels of Venezuelan oil. By the recent reports, the 30 per cent discount is offered to India for the Venezuelan crude oil if payment is made in Petro. According to reports, Venezuelan cryptocurrency experts were visiting India’s major cryptocurrency exchange CoinSecure in order to start trading of Petro.
