Federal data protection bill introduced in US Congress
The Information Transparency and Personal Data Control Act, a data protection legislation on the federal level has been introduced in the US Congress. This bill would require the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to intorduce regulations related to sensitive personal information, and for other purposes.
