EU publishes the ‘2020 Science, Research and Innovation Performance’ report
The EU Commission released the ‘2020 Science, Research and Innovation Performance’ report which emphasised the need for research and innovation to support sustainable and inclusive growth in the context of the ecological and digital transition of Europe. The document also highlights the underlying five principles that should guide research and innovation policy in Europe that include working together, sharing knowledge, turning research into solutions, transforming the way we consume and produce, and setting a clear direction for the future.
