EU: crypto assets included in Russia and Belarus sanctions
The EU clarified that crypto assets are included in the scope of its sanctions against Russia. The bloc noted that it is common knowledge that loans and credit can be provided by crypto assets and further clarified that transferable securities clearly include crypto assets.
