ETSI releases technical report on citizen requirements for smart cities
The ETSI Human Factors Technical Committee has released a technical report (ESTI TR 103 455) that assesses citizen-related issues that smart city-related standardization needs to address. These include aspects such as accessibility, usability, interoperability, personal data protection, and security, and how services to citizens should be designed to maximize benefits to the community.
