Dutch group claims dating sites fail to comply with EU privacy laws

Dutch consumer group Consumentenbond claim that a number of dating apps fail to comply with the EU’ GDPR. In a report, the consumer group details how Tinder, Happn, 50plusmatch, PArship and Paiq use tracking cookies to send advertisements without user consent. According to IAPP, since it brought forth its findings, Happn, 50plusmatch and Paiq adjusted their policies on cookies.
