DuckDuckGo down-ranks sites spreading Russian propaganda
The DuckDuckGo web search engine has begun down-ranking websites associated with Russian disinformation following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, according to the company’s founder and CEO, Gabriel Weinberg. Weinberg has not elaborated on which sites would be demoted in the search results.
