Denmark developing digital COVID-19 vaccine passport
According to a report, Denmark is developing a digital ‘vaccine passport’ for those who have received a COVID-19 vaccine, a move that enables them to travel to countries where such certification is required during the pandemic. The passport may be rolled out in the first months of the year to be accessible through the Danish public health website. It is not clear whether the passport would be available via an app.
The health space is becoming increasingly reliant on technology, not only to revolutionise health care, but also to continue and maintain its services and products at a societally accepted level.
