Chad contracts HSB Identification to update its electoral roll
The Chad electoral management body , Commission électorale nationale indépendante (CENI) ,has contracted Dutch biometric ID firm HSB Identification to update its voters roll. Chad is scheduled to have parliamentary elections in December this year.
