Calls for investigation into ChatGPT technology by The European Consumer Organisation

The European Consumer Organisation (BEUC) is urging the EU and national authorities to initiate a probe into AI chatbots. Consumer protection bodies from various countries, who are members of BEUC, cite ethical and privacy concerns.
