California Attorney General asks ICANN for information on .org sale
The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) announced that the Office of the Attorney General of the State of California has requested information regarding the proposed transfer of the .org registry to Ethos Capital. Given the request and the additional time required by the Attorney General to analyse the case, ICANN also asked Public Interest Registry to agree with an additional extension, until 20 April 2020, of its time to review the .org proposed sale.
