The Global Gateway strategy is an investment plan devised to boost smart, clean and secure links in the digital, energy and transport sectors. Between 2021 and 2027, the EU wishes to offer its partners major investments of up to EUR 300 billion in infrastructures of the following:

  • Digital
  • Climate and energy
  • Transport
  • Health
  • Education and research
