World Bank provides US$15 million to promote a resilient digital economy in Grenada

An International Development Association Credit of US$15 million has been approved by the World Bank Board of Executive Directors to back Grenada’s digital government strategy.

Many government services in Granada are still conducted manually and, since the country is susceptible to natural disasters, important government archives and records can be lost. Under the project, a number of public services will be digitised and delivered electronically to citizens and businesses, ensuring government continuity during emergencies.
