Vodafone Portugal suffers a cyberattack
The attack disrupted 4G/5G network, fixed voice, television, SMS, and voice/digital answering services. Ambulance operators, fire departments, and hospitals were also affected. Vodafone’s preliminary investigation showed no evidence of customer data being accessed or compromised. As of Wednesday 9 February, Vodafone is still working on restoring services.
