USA and Indonesia reaffirm cooperation in digital development
In a Joint Statement by the Presidents of the United States and the Republic of Indonesia, the two countries commit to cooperate in narrowing the digital divide and ensuring a safe and secure Internet, as well as developing Indonesia’s Digital Economy 2020 vision. The two Presidents emphasised the need to work together to ‘promote trust, transparency, and stability among states regarding information and communication technologies’.
