UK government launches digital process for BN(O)Hong Kong visa
The UK government has launched a smartphone app for Hong Kong British Nationals Oversees BN(O) visa applications. The applications can be made online and applicants will submit their biometrics and scan their passports using the app. The Hong Kong BN(O) is a passport given to Hong Kong citizens born prior to 1997, when it was a British colony. The app follows the launch of the BN(O) visa which enables BN(O) status holders and their family members already applying to live, work and study in the UK.
