Thailand issues AI ethical guidelines
The Ministry of Digital Economy and Society of Thailand has issued a draft set of ethical guidelines for the development of artificial intelligence (AI). The guide is intended to provide ethical guidance for the development of AI in governmental agencies, companies, regulatory bodies, research organisations, and developing communities. It covers multiple aspects including competitiveness and sustainable development, legal regulations and international ethical standards, operational codes and duties, security and privacy, equality, diversity and fairness, and credibility. The guide will be subject to further consultations with different parties.
