Taobao starts a programme to help the experience of elderly people
Taobao started a program aimed at improving the user experience of elderly people on their platform. The initiative, named “Taobao College for Seniors” was launched in Hangzhou, headquarter of the e-commerce giant. About 150 elderly students from the city’s Shangcheng district attended the opening class.
