Tanzania: public authorities asked to used IP telephony as means of communications
The Electronic Government Agency in Tanzania has asked central governmental authorities in the country to cut costs by using Internet Protocol (IP) telephony services as their means of communication. According to the Agency, cited by AllAfrica, 72 institutions are already using such services to improve their communications and reduce related costs.
