Swedish DPA releases guidance on processing of employees’ data
According to the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), the Swedish data protection authority (DPA) has released guidance on the processing of employees’ personal data by private or public entities. The guidance covers the regulations employers need to adhere to, who is responsible for data processing, and the role of a data protection officer.
