Scotland updates national digital strategy
The Scotttish government updated its national digital strategy that emphasises on public services in the digital economy. The plan will introduce a new digital identity service for the public sector. This builds on the previous 2018 strategy that envisioned a common approach to online identity.
Other aspects of the strategy include civic technology operations that will encourage innovation as well as digital service hubs with default services and components such as common architecture,procurement and governance.
