Saudi Arabia authorizes framework on digital government

The Digital Government Authority (DGA) of Saudi Arabia has authorized the regulatory framework for the digital government. In addition to the digital government policy that defines the strategic directions of the digital government, the framework consists of guiding principles, norms, standards, and user manuals. The decision comes in support of DGA’s initiatives to regulate and improve the quality of digital government services as per international standards. The framework is also expected to facilitate better cooperation between different public agencies.
