New advancements in quantum computing could accelerate its implementation

Researchers are one step closer to addressing the limitations of quantum computing.

Researchers at the University of Tokyo identified potential solutions to some of the limitations of qubits for quantum computing. The interaction and state of Quantum bits (qubits) pose a limitation for quantum computers to become mainstream. Researchers are investing in solutions to address this problem. The University of Tokyo has looked at two different hybrid quantum systems which help manage the temperature and movement of qubits, and reported some success.
