  • The Global Digital Compact must put the implementation of children’s rights online at the forefront of all its components, together with children’s digital safety.
  • The Global Digital Compact should unite and lead the world in reversing the wave of online sexual abuse of children by leveraging the children’s rights framework online and applying it to frontier issues and new technologies.
