Internet Society France threatens Facebook of a legal group action using GDPR new rules
Internet Society France, a French nongovernmental organization, announced it could launch a lawsuit against Facebook over privacy breach. This group sent Facebook a formal notice listing areas where it has allegedly infringed GDPR rules.
