India’s parents opting for online learning during COVID-19

A recent survey of 38 564 parents in 14 Indian states indicates better acceptance of e-learning platforms among parents. The study showed that 61% of parents chose online learning platforms for their children during the lockdown. Some 43% were concerned over the children spending more time online. The lack of physical activities of their children was a major concern among 27% of parents, while 24% said that there were no interesting activities for engaging children.
