India’s antitrust body says Amazon gave preferential treatment to sellers
The Competition Commission of India (CCI) is arguing to restart the probe into Amazon’s alleged violations of anti-competition law in India. An Additional Solicitor General of the Supreme Court of India representing the CCI informed the Karnataka High Court that the special report by Reuters on Amazon giving preferential treatment to a small group of sellers in India corroborates what the CCI noted in the original complaint.
