After years of mystery, tech news portal WIRED revealed it had obtained the strongest evidence yet of the true identity of Bitcoin’s creator. The mysterious creator is allegedly the 44-year-old Craig Steven Wright, an unknown genius hailing from Australia. So is he the real Satoshi Nakamoto? ‘Two possibilities outweigh all others’, the journalists explain: ‘Either Wright invented bitcoin, or he’s a brilliant hoaxer who very badly wants us to believe he did.’
