Google adds Gemini 3 power to Stitch
Developers can turn concepts into working mock-ups faster using Gemini 3’s expanded design support.
Google has added Gemini 3 to Stitch, giving the experimental design tool more advanced UI generation capabilities. The upgrade aims to help developers turn early concepts into workable screens with greater speed and accuracy. Stitch continues to serve as a testbed for emerging AI-supported design workflows.
A new AI feature called Prototypes allows users to link multiple screens into interactive flows on a single canvas. Designers can now map transitions, explore pathways and refine user journeys without leaving the tool. Early adopters are encouraged to share feedback as improvements are already planned.
Google says the combination of Gemini 3 and Stitch provides a more fluid shift from idea to functioning mock-up. Developers can work through layouts, iterate with precision and rapidly trial new interaction patterns. The company frames the shift as part of a broader effort to extend AI into creative tooling.
Access is available with features expected to expand during testing. Google Labs continues to explore how generative models support rapid prototyping for teams at any skill level.
