Fact-checking organisation in Spain launches special edition for coronavirus disinformation
Maldito Bulo, a fact-checking organisation in Spain certified by the International Fact Checking Network, launched a special edition to debunk coronavirus related disinformation. Spain became one of the countries with the largest number of people infected in Europe. There has been a growth in disinformation about the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. The special edition by Maldito Bulo is dedicated to correcting information about prevention methods, inaccurate figures, and even out of context pictures and videos.
