E-voting company sues Fox News and Trump’s lawyers for claims on election fraud
An e-voting company called Smartmatic has filed a lawsuit against Fox News and Trump’s lawyers for alleged facilitation of election fraud during US 2020 presidential elections. The case comes second following a lawsuit initiated by another electronic voting company Dominion in January 2021. Smartmatic has requested an estimated USD 2.6 billion in compensation for reputation damage.
