Brazil to launch national IoT plan

According to reports, Brazil’s Minister for Science, Technology, Innovation and Communications Marcos Pontes, has forwarded the final version of Brazil’s national strategy for Internet of things (IoT) to the approval of President Jair Bolsonaro. The plan includes four core verticals; smart cities, healthcare, agribusiness, and manufacturing, and it is estimated to generate 172 billion real.
