AT&T Alien Labs has found new malware targeting routers and IoT devices

AT&T Alien Labs has found new malware, BotenaGo. The malware is written in the open-source programming language Golang and has more than 30 different exploit functions to attack a target. As such, it has the potential of targeting millions of routers and IoT devices. It is yet unclear which threat actor is behind the malware and the number of infected devices.
