Arbitration procedures increasingly online during pandemic

Following the joint statement of 13 major international arbitral institutions addressing the effectiveness of the arbitral proceedings in times of COVID-19; individual arbitral bodies have adjusted their proceedings to include online procedure decision-making. This includes online case management, submissions, hearings, witness statements, arguments, and deliberations.
