Accenture has announced its acquisition of Udacity, a strategic move aiming to bolster its recently unveiled Accenture LearnVantage platform, tailored to deliver comprehensive technology learning and training solutions to its clientele. The platform is poised to assist clients in reskilling in crucial areas such as data and AI, facilitating organisational reinvention and the attainment of enhanced business value.

More than 230 professionals from Udacity’s team are slated to integrate with Accenture LearnVantage. Udacity, known for its inventive learning methodologies, has catered to over 21 million registered learners across 195 countries, offering courses in multiple languages.

While the deal’s financial terms remain undisclosed, the acquisition is contingent upon customary closing conditions, including necessary antitrust clearances.
