Work for a brighter future

The ‘Work for a Brighter Future’ Report published by the ILO Global Commission on the Future of Work explores how to achieve a better future of work for all. Among other things, it highlights that more investment should be made into peoples’ capabilities while social protection and gender equality should be strengthened. It also brings into focus the role of technology for decent work and underscores that economies should be transformed so as to support decent and sustainable work.
