Vienna Declaration on crime and justice: Meeting the challenges of the twenty-first century (A/RES/55/59)

The General Assembly decided in this resolution to create action-oriented policy suggestions on computer-related crime prevention and control. Furthermore, the General Assembly invites the Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice Commission (CCPCJ) to undertake work in this regard. Member states also committed to enhancing their ability to prevent, investigate and prosecute high-technology and computer-related crime.
